Return Policy:

At Lalueur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Personalized and customized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@lalueur.pk to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality assurance team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lalueur.pk. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
