Return Policy:
At Lalueur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized and customized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@lalueur.pk to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Process:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality assurance team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lalueur.pk. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
