Premium gift boxes are now available separately, allowing you to select gift packaging only when you need it. Every jewellery order otherwise arrives in our standard protective pouch packaging at no additional cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Jewellery is not included with the gift box.
• Gift boxes are sold separately from jewellery products.
• Please select the appropriate box according to your jewellery type.
• Complete jewellery sets cannot be packed in the Small Gift Box.
• If purchasing multiple jewellery pieces as separate gifts, please add the required number of gift boxes.
• Jewellery orders without an added gift box will be packed in La Lueur’s standard protective pouch packaging.

- Remove before showering, exercising, or sleeping.
- Handle stones and delicate details with care.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.
Store separately in its pouch or box, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Easy Exchange & Support
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items may also be returned for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
